Mobile Coffee and Catering

We use commercial café equipment, our own signature coffee blend and premium beverage products to deliver fast, consistent café-quality coffee at corporate events across Melbourne. Our blend features notes of dark cocoa and scorched caramel, designed for smooth, full-bodied coffee during high-volume service.

Milk-temperature indicators, espresso shot timers and coffee-dose checks throughout service help our baristas monitor consistency while coordinating multiple drinks.

Every coffee setup includes two experienced baristas as standard, even with our minimum-hire package. One primarily welcomes guests, takes orders and manages service while the other prepares drinks. The order-taking barista also assists with coffee preparation when needed, allowing guest service and drink preparation to happen alongside each other.

Either Kim or Joe personally attends and oversees every event.

We work exclusively with businesses, government and organisations, providing prepaid coffee and catering for their staff, clients, delegates and community guests.

We have served corporate events since 2020. Our approach draws on Kim’s experience organising corporate hospitality as an executive assistant to a CEO, alongside her Diploma of Events from William Angliss. Our integrated coffee and catering service allows businesses to manage event hospitality through one professionally coordinated team.

We provide premium coffee and catering services throughout Melbourne and selected regional Victorian locations for businesses, councils and organisations.

Our professional coffee setups are designed for high-volume corporate service. Under typical event conditions, a single Little Happy Hut setup can produce up to approximately 150 regular 8 oz beverages per hour, supported by commercial café equipment and experienced baristas. For events requiring greater throughput, an additional coffee setup can be added to increase service capacity.

Little Happy Hut was named the 2026 Victorian State Winner in the Australian Achiever Awards’ Event Industry Services & Supplies category, including Function & Conference, achieving 99.22% for customer relations and service.
