Founded in 2019 by Kim and Joe Brampton, Little Happy Hut provides professional coffee cart hire, coffee van catering and corporate catering across Melbourne and selected regional Victorian locations.

We have been serving corporate events since 2020, bringing together corporate event planning experience, practical craftsmanship and warm hospitality. Today, we specialise in prepaid coffee and catering for businesses, councils, government organisations, schools, universities and community groups.

Our services cater for conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, brand activations, product launches and networking events, alongside office coffee mornings, staff appreciation and wellbeing days, training sessions and corporate celebrations.

We also support council and community events, school and university open days, retail openings, property and display village launches, builders breakfasts, toolbox talks, warehouse and depot events, and recurring workplace bookings. Coffee and catering are booked by the event organiser for their staff, clients, delegates or community guests.

Corporate Event Experience Behind Our Service

Kim’s background includes working as Executive Assistant to the CEO at TransRe and supporting four partners at Deloitte, alongside earlier event organisation experience at Broadway Malyan. Her career has involved coordinating executive meetings, international conferences, corporate hospitality and events for employees and clients.

With a Diploma of Events from William Angliss Institute, Kim understands the planning, communication and attention to detail that corporate organisers need. That experience shapes how Little Happy Hut prepares for each booking, from understanding the event schedule to confirming service requirements and venue access.

Designed and Built for Indoor Events

Joe’s carpentry background includes working on major film productions in England before moving to Australia. He brought that practical experience to Little Happy Hut, designing and building our indoor coffee cart from scratch.

The cart was created with indoor venue access, professional presentation, efficient service and company branding in mind. Its design supports our team’s workflow while providing a welcoming coffee station for offices, conferences, exhibitions and corporate activations.

Our Coffee and Hospitality

We serve Vigoroso No. 1, Little Happy Hut’s own signature dark roast blend, roasted for us in Melbourne. Its strong flavour pairs beautifully with our single-origin dairy milk, chosen for its rich, creamy taste. Alternative milks, tea, chai and hot chocolate complete our hot beverage menu.

We invest in commercial café equipment, including Kees van der Westen espresso machines, Mazzer grinders and PUQpress automatic tampers. At least two experienced staff are included at each coffee-service station, with the team briefed before service on the specific requirements and workflow for that event.

Coffee and Catering Planned Around Your Event

Our indoor coffee cart suits offices, conference venues and exhibition spaces, while our coffee van and caravan services support outdoor workplace events, staff carparks, depots and community activations. We recommend the setup around your venue, access arrangements and expected demand during busy periods.

Breakfast, morning tea and lunch catering can be arranged alongside your coffee service. We help organisers choose food items and quantities to suit the event timing and guest numbers, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available by prior arrangement.

We also support recurring workplace bookings, helping businesses plan coffee and hospitality for regular staff events throughout the year.

Little Happy Hut was named the 2022 National Winner of the Australian Achiever Award for Customer Excellence in Hospitality Services.

In 2026, we were recognised as the Victorian State Winner for Event Industry Services & Supplies – Function & Conference, achieving 99.22% for customer relations and service.

Alongside this recognition, Little Happy Hut has received more than 100 five-star Google reviews. We hold $20 million Public Liability Insurance, with a current Certificate of Currency available on request.
